Located in the rolling hills of northeastern Trempealeau County in western Wisconsin, Osseo is a welcoming small town with a big heart. Osseo sits just 20 minutes south of Eau Claire off I-94.
Downtown Osseo is home to small-town charm and Scandinavian-inspired flair at stores and restaurants, including Norske Nook restaurant and bakery, famous for its homemade pies. The annual Lake Martha Days celebration takes place every year on Father’s Day weekend and celebrates the region’s Scandinavian heritage with a carnival, food stands, a parade, and more.
Recreation options in and around Osseo include road biking routes on local backroads and golf at a nine-hole municipal course. Stoddard Park on the shores of Lake Martha has a playground, picnic shelters, volleyball courts, and a recently removed swimming pool.
